Friday September 27 Wildwood Rush Boyne City, Michigan

On Friday morning, I arrived at Wildwood Rush. The scenery was gorgeous and I loved zipping the 9 lines. My awesome guides were Dan and Laci.

Wildwood Rush is owned by Todd and Andy, local builders.

 

Thursday September 26 Historic Mill Creek

On Thursday, I visited Historic Mill Creek. They have a working saw mill. I watched a demonstration and saw the slow way of cutting prior to the saw mill. 

I then took an Eco-tour with guide, John, who was very informative, that ended with a zip along Mill Creek. Loved it! 

I also climbed a 50 foot high observation tower, from which I could see Lake Michigan and the Mackinac Bridge.

Tuesday September 24 Bomber Zipline@ Wildman Adventures

Sunday September 22 Towering Pines Zipline Grand Marais, Minnesota

Sunday afternoon, I arrived in Grand Marais, Minnesota. Towering Pines Zipline is actually 43 miles west from there. 

After Chris orientated me, he turned me over to my awesome guides, Alex and Andrew. 

Towering Pines is owned by Bruce Kerfoot, father of Lee Kerfoot, who owns Kerfoot Canopy Tours in Henderson, MN. 

I had a great time on my private 8 Line tour! We were on the border, so Canada was right there! 

We saw Gunflint Lake and Lonely Lake. Learned a lot about the area...the guides were very knowledgeable! 

Loved it!
